BEAUTY RECAP: NY Fashion Week Fall RTW 2014

Bare and beautiful was the big trend showing up and New York Fashion week. Smokey eyes, metallic elements and fresh faces were on almost every runway. Fringe favorite Rag and Bone styled the tragically hip girl with a fresh, dewy face, muted lip and bold modern take on a cat eye. Prabal gurung and Vera Wang kept it fresh, almost so fresh that it looked like these girls had never used makeup a day in their lives. Altuzarra was just a smidge more daring giving the girls a bright shadow of yellow or a streak across the lid. The smokey style at Phillip Lim and Donna Karan is very trendy for fall but is happening now with the grunge throwback that is so popular. The center part that was so in last season is still going strong for fall so cancel that next bang trim ladies! The center and deep side part is going to be with us for a while.
