BEAUTY RECAP: THE OSCARS

The Oscars were on Sunday and there was no shortage of glamour on the red carpet. While the big trends for spring made an appearance, last years trends are still proving to be popular in Hollywood. Nude and blush tones were everywhere but Laura Dern and Penelope Cruz nailed it like no other. We are loving the silhouette on Laura's gown and the blush tone on Penelope is flawless. Of course Dior dressed Jennifer Lawrence and it was mega stunning. Peplum has never looked this good. Charlize Theron also wore a black Dior gown and totally owned it like a boss. Angelina Jolie's Elie Saab has gotten mixed reviews but we here at Fringe are major fans. Alexi's is dying over Kate Hudson's Versace gown. The cape, the fit the everything is just amazing. Our best dressed of the night of course goes to Lupita Nyong'o in her pastel blue custom Prada gown. Lupita was the belle of the ball and totally killed with her jeweled headband.
